Laura LaRocca, also credited as Laura DeLuisa, is a Los Angeles-based hairstylist and Hair Department Head with more than 25 years of experience across television, feature film, pilots, and live event production.
She is best known as Hair Department Head for Young Sheldon, where she led the department across all seven seasons and more than 150 episodes. She later returned to the franchise as a hairstylist for Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.
One of her most recognizable contributions to television history is the iconic Felicity haircut — the on-camera cut of Keri Russell's curls at the start of Season 2 that became a defining moment in 1990s pop culture and a still-referenced benchmark in television hair design. Laura served as Hair Department Head on Felicity for Seasons 1 and 2, working with creator J.J. Abrams and starring Keri Russell and Scott Speedman.
Earlier in her career, Laura served as personal hairstylist to Mindy Kaling on The Mindy Project and later led the hair department for Champions. Her television work also includes Felicity and Profiler.
Her feature film credits include The Last Time I Committed Suicide, One Night Stand, Don’t Look Back, and I Still Know What You Did Last Summer.
In addition to her production work, Laura has served on the Board of Trustees of IATSE Local 706. Her nonprofit service has included board roles with the George Lopez Foundation and the National Kidney Foundation of California. In 2026, she contributed to the styling team for the 98th Academy Awards.
